New suggestions for webform labels

I'd like to propose a couple of new Webform label suggestions

The module starts with

<!-- FILE NAME SUGGESTIONS:
   * form-element-label--webform-sample-paged-webmerge--your-first-name.html.twig
   * form-element-label--webform-sample-paged-webmerge.html.twig
   x form-element-label.html.twig
-->

And it would be helpful to also have these that don't specify the webform id:

form-element-label--webform.html.twig
form-element-label--webform--textfield.html.twig

This would probably be helpful for inputs also.

The module already does this for the element wrapper.
