'Closed' exception days aren't supported by the 'Next day' formatter

Hmm, this needs a rewrite of the functionality, since 1 date can have a weekday, a season and an exception applied. Working on it.

On current dev exception days are completely broken. They basically have no effect on the 'Next day' formatter.

Indeed, that was sloppy testing. It should be fixed, now, as per the other issue.
