Create Drush Command to create product types.

Problem/Motivation

When someone installs a module then in hook_install we are calling the function to create product types. But it needs an access token to be configured. So it throws an error.

Steps to reproduce

Install Module and check recent log messages curl error will be there.

Proposed resolution

Create a custom command that will call the _create_product_types function.
