Create Drupal 10 release

The module maintainer never created a Drupal 9 release even if the support is there. See 📌 Create beta3 release Closed: outdated .

I believe this module is basically unmaintained now, and someone should probably go through the process of requesting module maintainer access. Whoever does that, maybe should start using semantic versioning and create a 1.0.0 release.

Also "Needs work" is when a fix exists but needs to be improved.. Otherwise everything needs work. In this case, this is active, maybe postponed on someone setting that final issue RTBC, but I don't think that one is a release blocker.

I recently went through that process and am now a co-maintainer of the module. Hence my desire/plan to get the issue queue sorted and prepare a D10 release. I'd welcome any support you can offer by helping with the review of the issue linked in the IS.

I got alerted by the fact you closed the D9 issue I had created. I have to sadly report that I no longer use this module, so that issue will need to be reviewed by someone else. I'd recommend that you simply go ahead and merge the 2 RTBC issues and then create a beta or alpha release. You'll get a few extra eyeballs looking at the module at that point.
