In contact form, the buttons are not center aligned.

Problem/Motivation

In the contact form, the buttons are not center-aligned. Also, there should be a cursor: a pointer on buttons while hovering. See the attached screenshot for better understanding.

Steps to reproduce

Install the theme and enable it. Go to the contact page then see the button's alignment.

Verified MR4 on 9.5.x, the button is now center-aligned and the cursor pointer is added. Added screenshots for reference, RTBC++
