Problem/Motivation

On: https://docs.civictheme.io/development/drupal-theme/sub-theme

The suggested path name is "/path/to/theme_machine_name" however since the base theme is almost certain to be in /themes/contrib/civictheme it might be more helpful to suggest "../../custom/theme_machine_name" in order to place the theme in a more consistent folder location?

After running the suggested command "php civictheme_create_subtheme.php", it alerts the user to "Insure" rather than "Ensure"

A reference is made to the drush command "theme:enable" whereas on the previous page it was referenced as "then".
Suggest using one term consistently.
