Chrome Dev Tools is throwing a loading error in the console re: superfish.js , which causes the mobile toggle to go missing. Mobile versions load the desktop menu instead.
Console error:
"Refused to execute script from 'https://mydrupalsite.com/modules/contrib/superfish/js/superfish.js?v=2.0' because its MIME type ('') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled."
It cannot find the parameter?v=20. This seems to occur in Chrome and Firefox. Chrome is up to date
Version 119.0.6045.159. Firefox up to date Version 120.0.
