Allow to alter or configure payment reference

Problem/Motivation

Currently there seem to be no way to modify the way payment reference is passed on to Adyen. It would be great to have an ability to add a prefix or alter it entirely.

Submitted a patch. This adds setters to Event class - that allows other modules to capture the event and modify its properties.
