Clarified the problems that happen if AJAX is disabled on this view.
If the AJAX option is disabled on the media_library view the follow happens:
* Media library popup: using the filters and pager redirect to a mostly blank page with a chunk of JSON showing at the top of the page.
* Media content page (/admin/content/media): doesn't work.
Install media and media library.
Add the media button to the editor toolbar.
Disable AJAX on the Media Library view.
Either display a warning on the Media Library popup if AJAX is disabled on the view, or provide a workaround so that it still works.
Work out the best way of dealing with this problem.
