Include the default configuration for Editoria11y Settings as a recipe to be automatically imported whenever Editoria11y is activated

Problem/Motivation

The Editoria11y modules is working in all the site
Needs a basic restrictions and default ignore sets
But, when the module is disabled and enabled by deployments
It loses the default configuration recipe.

Proposed resolution

  • Configure Disable the scanner if these elements are detected with .layout-builder-form, #layout-builder, #drupal-off-canvas, #layout-builder-modal not to have issues with the Layout Builder
  • Include the default configuration for Editoria11y Settings as a managed config.
  • Import the recipe config when the module is enabled.
