Offering to co-maintain Bundle redirect

Hi there

I'd like to work on the module I want to propose to add me as a co-maintainer.
btw I already worked on one issue - https://www.drupal.org/project/bundle_redirect/issues/2996923 →

e.g. I think we can improve the module:
- update Readme.txt file and replaced it with Readme.md file
- add composer.json file
- etc
