If you have a security issue you need to create an SA for, the link in the right sidebar at the top works because it has a field_sa_for query argument. However, a little further down there is an info section labelled "Not sure what to do next?" which also has a link called "Write an advisory".
If you click that link you're in for a world of pain as you get a cryptic "Field SA For must be populated via URL." whenever you try to submit the form. It took me a good while to realize why it wasn't working.
Suggestion: Remove said link and replace it with text pointing to the real, functional, link at the top of the right sidebar or adjust it to also have the required query argument.
