(Better) Exposed Filters are not shown

It seems we need to also alter the usesExposed method to define if there are exposed filters to be shown. Because if there is no exposed filter, only the submit button is shown.

Removing both methods seems to solve the problem.

Adjusted code for both versions.

Been using it on more project. So lets merge this.
