Could not be found in any version while installing module 1.0.0

It should be drupal:content_translation instead of content_translation:content_translation in the info file, as content_translation module belongs to the core. Also updated version supported to ^8.8. Other wise you need to add "core" key to the info file because D8 < 8.8 will not recognise core_version_requirement key.
