Migrate from swiftmailer to symfony_mailer

swiftmailer has been removed from the codebase in #3413728: Update Drupal 10.2 & modules → in favor of symfony_mailer.

Maybe I am mistaken, should we not replace the old module swiftmailer with https://www.drupal.org/project/symfony_mailer → ? What are your thoughts about it?

I apologise, I did not see that you had committed it directly to the branch. I was on the phone and checked only the changes in the MR!12. So just look away from my last question 😅
