There's an error occurring after creating a new node for any content type.

Problem/Motivation

I'm encountering an issue where an error occurs consistently after I create a new node within any content type on the platform..
I have attached a screenshot for better reference.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install theme
2. click on content - > add content - > click on article or basic page.
