Add persistence

Problem/Motivation

Persist messages, and metadata from Description, Action, Links stamps for later.

This allows users to review messages at a later date, especially when they are offline and do not have an active session (/websocket connection) with the site.

Proposed resolution

Implement entities or a logger to record the logs.

Logs should be considered ephemeral

By default they should expire.
