When there is a credit card error it ends up at the top of the form, but the scroll to top function is not on all error paths so it does not work.
One of the paths still has an html selector error too.
Add hosted cc to the form.
Enter an incorrect cc number.
Click continue to review.
Add scroll logic to all error pathways.
Fix html selector.
