.hidden css class is assumed

My shs widget renders the textfield visible even though the html has class= "hidden".
Looks like the developer assumes that every theme declares a 'hidden' class.

    Sorry I just realised Drupal itself supports the 'hidden' class.
    I had some other css overriding it.
