Problem/Motivation

Missing quotation in theme. The blockquote element needs to be styled. Please refer to the screenshot attached.

Steps to reproduce

Install the theme and enable it.
Create a post with a blockquote element.
You will see the quotations are not visible.

@shweta__sharma , verified MR8 on 10.x.x and the quotation is themed but doesn't look centered with the text. Added a screenshot for reference.
