Execute link missing from tab bar

I'm not sure if it annoys anyone else (or if I'm missing a link on the migration overview page) but I find navigating from the migration overview to the migration execute form a bit frustrating! And I'm not sure if it purposely doesn't show on the migration overview tab bar. But I couldn't find an issue raised that referred to this UI issue.

So I'll create a pull request with a change. Hopefully it'll get merged and it'll bring migration joy to everyone.

I've taken a bit of artistic licence to place it after the View and before the Edit tab on the overview page. I think that probably makes sense to me as it's more useful than the Edit tab (which doesn't really do anything).

Solution:
Add a task link for "Execute" between "View" and "Edit".
Add a record to 'migrate_tools.links.task.yml', with 'migrate_tools.execute' as the route name.
