View is not showing properly and also not working properly.
Enable the theme in Administration theme Option and select the Bootstrap from dropdown, and save it. After that go to Manage > Structure > Views and then edit any of the existing view or create a new view. And the lables of the fields were also not showing properly.
Need to fix the dropdown theme. and change the color of the label to display properly.

This theme does not have promises to work as an admin theme. There are so many things that go into being an admin theme that usually themes are either one or the other, not both.
