Hide generated image styles from the image style overview

Problem/Motivation

Generated image styles shouldn't be manually edited or removed, so we should hide them from the admin listing.

Proposed resolution

Override the ImageStyleListBuilder class. The imageapi_optimize module also overrides this class, so we should deal with that situation too.
