Custom Composite Images not showing

I have found when I have a custom composite with an image file the image does not import into the pdf using the [webform_submission:values:custom_composite:1:image_1] token, any clue as to why?

Do non-composite images work? I suggest you get that working first. This may not be supported.

Bug reports are always against a development branch.
