[ckeditor4] caught SyntaxError: Missing initializer in destructuring declaration

Problem/Motivation

When using latest version (6.0.1/6.0.2) with js aggregation enabled its not working and I can see error in browser console
caught SyntaxError: Missing initializer in destructuring declaration

Steps to reproduce

Use version 6.0.2 with advance aggregation module where js aggregation is enabled.
Try creating article, in body filed (CKEditor4) add link and you will observe its not working.
