Custom Elements Project - Update summary for compatibility with Project Browser

I've copied over the proposed text into the summary (since it was still empty) and seems a good description to me.

thx, I agree this, is good now. I added some clarificatoins to project brancches to project page also now. Thus, I think this should be called done.
