Breadcrumbs are not visible on frontend.

Breadcrumbs are not visible on the front end. I have placed it into the breadcrumb region and saved it but still not visible.

Install the theme and enable it.
Place the breadcrumbs in to breadcrumb region.
Save and check on any page.

We need to render the region on the page.html.twig file.

Verified MR16 on 9.5.x, the breadcrumb region is added. Added screenshot for reference, RTBC++
