Make automatic bundle class/getter method generation configurable

Problem/Motivation

Currently, bundle class/getter methods are automatically generated for all content entity types. We should make this configurable, ideally on an entity type level. E.g. only generate for nodes/taxonomy terms and whether to generate classes, getters or both.
