Blockquote tag css is missing.

When i adding blockquote in CKEditor the styling is not comes only the plain text is visible. See attached screenshot for refrence.

Install the theme and enable it. Add content and wrap it to the quotation tag and see the styling will not visible.

Need to style blockquote tag.

Verified MR14 on 9.5.x , the blockquote css missing issue is fixed. Added screenshots for reference, RTBC++
