Simplify module root searching by finding the info.yml file

Problem/Motivation

Now the module root path is searched by the specific names of the parent folders.
But this doesn't work well for Drupal.org's GitLab CI, and some other cases.

Proposed resolution

Seems it's better to find it by checking the module_name.info.yml file instead.
