Problem/Motivation

Hi i am new to drupal and have installed this note as i need it for monitoring as a publisher, so that i can add notes to content created by authors. I have installed drupal 9, via command code and all. I am using a local instance. therefore I enabled the module by installing and using drush cr and installing the module via extend feature in drupal after instaling it via command line. I then enabled permissions for users. I then created a blnk canvas with text to see if the note will appear,, but it doesn't. all i can see in my workflow tab is the additional moderation note tab. when clicking on it nothing is there but a checkbox to select whether to get email notification or not.
