Error message shows raw html when transferring a remote file which exceeds the maximum file size via Remote URL

Steps to reproduce

Transfer a remote file which exceeds the maximum file size by clicking Remote URL, the error message shows:

The specified file <em class="placeholder">test.jpg</em> could not be uploaded. The file is <em class="placeholder">1.5 MB</em> exceeding the maximum file size of <em class="placeholder">1 MB</em>.

Proposed resolution

Create a patch to fix this.
