Review how the Sector Audits VBOs will work in tandem with Sector Workflow

Problem/Motivation

1 - The sector content audit provides meta data outside of tasks related to editorial workflows.
2 - VBOs for nodes under workflow respect the workflow rules on a node and create a revision without publishing it

Result
- a content auditor resets the audit data via VBO and new revisions are created but not published > to the auditor it looks like nothing has happened. Plus, this is not the intended outcome

Potential resolution

1 - Custom operations that update the data in the field directly (I assume on a DB level)
2 - We create the revision and publish the revision on the fly
