After completing activity submit option not appears

Problem/Motivation

I have created training and added module and in module create activity of question set and set max score etc and saved this.when i complete the training at the end it shows the results that 7/10 are correct.but submit button not appears .as i want to see the result page where all correct ans also shown.And status of this activity is always pending not completed .when i go to training dashboard and select the results then result page show empty.Any one have the issue.

Steps to reproduce

create training.
add module
in module add activity question set and add mcqs for activity .and save .
start training and after answering all the questions check it shows the submit button and show the result page or only show that 7?10 are correct.
