Problem/Motivation

TypeError: array_keys(): Argument #1 ($array) must be of type array, null given in array_keys() (line 142 of /var/www/html/web/modules/contrib/paragraphs_browser/src/Form/ParagraphTypeGroupsForm.php).

Steps to reproduce

Add a new Paragraphs Browser type and take Manage Groups tab of a paragraph type (newly created) and save the form without adding any groups to the Paragraphs browser types.

Proposed resolution

Fix the TypeError.
