Error when trying to enable this module when using a Sub Theme

Problem/Motivation

In a Sub theme of Sector, this block doesn’t install (via our Sector Social share module - optional in Sector) as “block.block.sector_addtoanysharebuttons” doesn’t exist or at least can’t be added to the sub theme's blocks

Steps to reproduce

Create Sub theme (install as default), and then enable this module

Proposed resolution

Make the block config sector agnostic
