Use similar tags when possible

Problem/Motivation

On the tag fields you have the option of generating terms on the fly. This also is possible using the Taxonomy rule. However the AI is not context aware and might generate 3 different versions of a tag that might mean the same thing. For example Space Engineers, Space Engineering and Engineering for Space.

We need to be able to reuse created terms.

Proposed resolution

Have a second AI step that can be enable via a checkbox on creation that offers a second prompt that takes the current tags and asks it to use the new tags and find matches between them and reuse them.
