Make this module Drupal 10 compatible

Couple of things that must be done:
- to run the Drush Twigify command the .info file and Drush version must be converted to the Drupal 10 way
- to run the converted theme in Drupal 10 for sure core_version_requirement and base theme must be changed. And probably more.
