Users should be able to view the fields they are not able to sync

Problem/Motivation

Currently, when a user is going to the synchronization page, in the table with the fields to sync, they will only be able to field the fiels they have access to edit.

This is fine but after talking it has been decided that users must be able to view those fields because in that way, users can have more context about the entity they are synchronizing among translations.

Proposed resolution

  1. Users are able to view rows of fields they are not able to sync. They will view the value.
  2. Checkbox do not appear on fields users do not have permission to edit.
