Upgrade from webauthn-lib 3.x to 4.x

@rishabjasrotia Where/when is the issue fixed? Webauthn module seems to still be using the 3.x version of the library...

Yes it seems webauthn 2.x is using webauthn-lib library 4.x but no relevant code is added in that module version.
