When a new forum was added, all forum posts were marked for reindexing, which clogged up the search index queue. Indexing is now accelerated, and will take a few hours to catch up.

Grateful, good news.
But unfortunately, my new modules are no longer included in the New modules block.
This was one of the best chances to showcase my module.
I missed thatI had previously posted about the introduction of the new module.
https://www.drupal.org/forum/general/general-discussion/2023-10-09/how-c... βAmong the 50,000 modules, there is only a chance to see a new module, Considering that the modules are arranged based on the number of used sites and most of them were created years ago, there is not much opportunity to display and introduce a new module on the site. Unless it is seen through search and it takes a long time to find its audience.
Isn't it possible to display the newest modules in the block?

I guess there have been newer modules created as yours. It's also the first time I noticed that block, and I usually find modules by using google, not the search on Drupal.org. So don't know how much exposure you would have gotten anyway by being on that block for maybe a day or two.
I would focus on an appealing project page, logo and good description so you get picked up by Google in a good way. Additionally, speaking about it also helps :) e.g. a session at a camp or something.

Accidentally set the status, reverting!

There is not a good way to βrewindβ the new modules block. I believe most module discovery is when people are looking for something that works for their specific use case. I do not think a lot of people are checking for new modules every day.
