Deprecate UploadedFileStub in favor of mikey179/vfsstream

Problem/Motivation

We already have mikey179/vfsstream composer package that does a great job with mocking the filesystem.

So seems it's better to use it instead of inventing own mocks.

Proposed resolution

Deprecate the UploadedFileStub class in the current release with a recommendation to use mikey179/vfsstream and remove it after 2 next releases.
