Remove redundant description in Darkmode Module

Problem/Motivation

The darkmode module includes unnecessary code that is no longer relevant or valuable in Drupal 8. The irrelevant code is marked with the comment:

 * @DCG
 * This file is no longer required in Drupal 8.
 * @see https://www.drupal.org/node/2217931

Proposed resolution

  1. Navigate to the "darkmode.module" file.
  2. Locate the code block marked with @DCG.
  3. Remove the entire redundant code block.

Expected Result

The "darkmode.module" file should no longer contain the redundant code block marked with @DCG.
