Request to co-maintain or Taking over the [Migrate Cron]

I have carefully reviewed this module's activity during the last year but found no activities or merge requests from you.
Still, the module is welcome for your or any other community members' contributions.

Please open new issues with ideas and/or work on the currently existing ones, and the maintainers will be able to review/discuss/merge them.
If/once some issues are fixed and merge requests are merged, we will align our expectations on the future of this module and revisit this request.

Well I don't see the need to open a new MR when this exists https://www.drupal.org/project/migrate_cron/issues/3288609 📌 Automated Drupal 10 compatibility fixes RTBC Drupal 9 is EOL and we do not have a fully supported release.
