This isn't really possible. The themes are quite different. You'd need to treat it as a re-configuration of the site on a new theme really.

thanks rszrama for the quick reply. I assume there is no plan to make 1.1 compatible with D10?
I ask because it is going to be a heavy lift to re-theme based on our original commitment to work off of Belgrade. - π·πΈSerbia majmunbog
@djween This version of Belgrade is based on the Commerce Bootstrap base theme β , so both need to be compatible.
There is an open issue here π Automated Drupal 10 compatibility fixes Needs review .Not the best approach, but what you can do is copy the base themes as you would a starter kit and make the adjustments.
Update the core_version_requirement in both themes*.info.yml
file tocore_version_requirement: ^8 || ^9 || ^10
