The following theme is missing from the file system: classy

This patch only replaces the classy theme with a stark default theme.

Including this in 📌 Use Gitlab CI Active , you usually can't replace classy with stark, there's a reason tests use classy. the simple replacement for that is starterkit_theme, did that over there.
