Value prefix and value suffix are not shown in the dropdowns

Problem/Motivation

You can configure a value prefix and a value suffix on the facet but these are currently not shown in the dropdowns.

Steps to reproduce

- Install Drupal and add and enable the modules needed to add, configure and show facets.
- Add and enable the Facets Range Dropdowns module.
- Add a range dropdowns facet and set a value prefix and/or a value suffix.
- Generate (or create) test content.
- Test the facet and confirm that prefix and/or suffix are not shown.

Proposed resolution

Add prefix and/or suffix in \Drupal\facets_range_dropdowns\Plugin\facets\processor\RangeProcessor::postQuery() if configured.

Remaining tasks

Fix the issue in 2.x branch.
