If pattern library module is disabled field mapping to variant doesn't show any value

is it related to https://www.drupal.org/project/ui_patterns_field_variants → ?

Anyway, the ui_patterns_library is mandatory if you use the *.ui_pattern.yml files. I know it is weird, but it is a legacy of the first years of the module.

I'm not using ui_patterns_field_variants module.
For now I've enabled UI patterns library module on envs.
