Converting a working Drupal 9 forum to new module for Drupal 10

Forum module is still in Drupal core for Drupal 10.

So no action required :)

We hope to move it here by Drupal 11, and that should just be a matter of composer require drupal/forum when the time comes.

@Larowan → , I just wanted to make you aware of the following error that shows up in a development site that I managed to update to Drupal 10 (but with significant errors)
