Wasn't able to reproduce any error with true/false question. But if still an issue please reopen
I created a simple quiz with a few multiple choice and a few true/false questions. When taking the quiz the first true/false question throws a 500 error when clicking next. Doesn't matter which choice is selected.
I'm running Drupal 9.5.9
